Sessions & Appointments

Payments made for sessions, consultations, assessments and classes are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

Refund requests for prepaid sessions or packages may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Bone by Bone Wellness.

Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, guides and resources, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable.
